Beth Pearson, President and Co-Founder of Pearson Wallace Insurance LLC is an experienced business and Insurance Professional. Coming from a background of Global Corporate Leadership at General Electric, to developing a $15MM Real Estate portfolio, to joining the Insurance Industry in 2012. As a student of life, Beth is pursuing her last course to become a Certified Insurance Counselor. She is passionate about serving customers and finding clients the right insurance to solve their insurance problems. Beth takes the “pieces” of insurance and creates a “peace” of mind for her clients. Beth and her husband, Jim Wallace have 4 children and a Lab-Pup named Gracie. In her free time she enjoys traveling, is training for a ½ marathon and enjoys growing her own food.
Senior Account Manager
Beth spent 29 years on the company side as an Account Executive/Territory Manager for Aetna, Travelers, Main Street America and Harleysville/Nationwide. Beth spent those years traveling throughout Massachusetts and Vermont working with agencies to promote both personal and commercial insurance products. She has worked for several insurance agencies which has helped her gain valuable experience in customer service and sales. Beth graduated from American International College with a BA degree and attended Thunderbird School of Global Management for her MBA.
Beth has one son, Niko, who is a sophomore at Longmeadow High School. She is currently very involved and passionate about her involvement with a charitable organization in Guatemala where she sponsors two students. She is also involved in fundraising for the Longmeadow High School Swim and Dive Team. In her spare time, Beth loves to travel, attend plays and live entertainment, cooking and gardening.

Customer Accounts and Operations
Nina has run her own business for the past 6 years while attending the Commonwealth Honors College at Umass Amherst. She also worked in the customer service field for 5 years. She is dedicated to helping people understand the complexities of insurance so that they are able to make informed decisions about their coverage. In her free time, Nina loves to spend time with dogs, including her Lab/Collie mix, Stella. She currently volunteers on the Town of Amherst Dog Park Task Force. In addition, Nina plays the keyboard and sings in a band. Her other interests include knitting, hiking, and cooking.
